This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient presented with a prominent dorsal hump, a droopy tip, and a crooked nose. Due to the underlying asymmetries and nasal deviation, this case was more complex. Dr. Nima performed an open rhinoplasty that included hump removal, tip refinement and cartilage grafting to achieve a more balanced and symmetrical result.
