This Beverly Hills rhinoplasty patient was interested in achieving more balance for her face. She did not like her droopy tip, nor did she like the fact that her nose was crooked on frontal view. After open rhinoplasty her nose looks more proportional/straighter, the tip is lifted, and is more narrowed from frontal view.
