This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see Dr. Nima after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was left with a large nose, pinched tip, breathing problems, asymmetric and droopy columella, and increased nostril show. Her case was very complex. After surgery her nose is more symmetric on the frontal view, she has a straight profile and a lift of the tip.
