This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see Dr. Nima after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. He was left with a large nose, breathing problems, asymmetric and wide nostrils, as well as a droopy columella and increased nostril show. He wanted something more masculine and refined. After surgery his nose is more symmetric on the frontal view, he has a straight profile and a lift of the tip. The disharmony between his nostrils and columella is improved as well.
