This Beverly Hills revision rhinoplasty patient came to see Dr. Nima after having a rhinoplasty elsewhere. She was left with a large nose, breathing problems, asymmetric nostrils, as well as a droopy columella and increased nostril show. She wanted something more feminine and refined. After surgery her nose is more symmetric on the frontal view, she has a softer profile and a lifted tip.
