This young female had very strong ear cartilages that were protruding and stuck out too far from her head. The left ear was a little bit worse than the right, and she underwent otoplasty surgery with an incisionless technique to set back the antihelix. The antihelix is the rim of cartilage just inside the ear. Here she is shown three months after surgery with a nice, natural-looking result.
