This young woman came in bothered by her protruding ears. The right ear stuck out further compared to the left. She wanted her ears pinned back so that she could finally wear her hair in a ponytail. This result is shown six months after otoplasty surgery, showing a nice, natural result while maintaining the same normal anatomy of an ear.
