This young man came in with ears that are protruding that had slightly different anatomy. The tops of his ears were protruding laterally as well as the mid portions, but he had an S-shaped ear from the front and the back. After otoplasty surgery, the ears were sutured closer to the head for a nice, natural-looking result.
